Sumkali - Not Too Close Concert (FREE EVENT, Must Register)

The Festival has worked closely with the City of Ann Arbor Parks and Recreation Department to deliver this socially distanced concert. In accordance with the governor’s current executive orders, attendance will be capped at 100 people for each event.

In order to participate, participants must have a ticket and agree to strict, non-negotiable requirements, including:

  1. Advance registration; no walk-up entry will be permitted
  2. No more than the number of registered guests in each group will be admitted. If someone is unable to attend, please advise A2SF by email as soon as possible
  3. Wear a face mask for the duration of the event. When inside your assigned seating circle, you may remove your mask as needed (e.g. for eating/drinking)
  4. Maintain a distance of at least six (6) feet from all others
  5. Prior to entry, each person will be asked to certify that they have no COVID-19 symptoms and be obligated to sign a COVID-19 waiver of liability
  6. Arrive through the assigned park location
  7. Provide contact information in the registration form (for contact tracing purposes only)
  8. Please show your appreciation to the artist by clapping and refrain from screaming or shouting
  9. Violators will be asked to leave the event

There is nothing quite like practicing yoga while live music is playing! What a treat it will be to stretch, breathe, and relax to the awesome sounds of Sumkali from Ann Arbor.

During the concert, Sumkali will be playing classical Indian music fused with jazz and funk. It is a great atmosphere and always a great time!
